Washing Instructions
First wash caution: Always wash this T-shirt separately on its very first cycle. The specialized pigment-dyeing process leaves loose color particles on the cotton surface that will easily bleed and stain lighter clothing if mixed too early.
Water temperature: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Cold water keeps the surface dyes locked in place and prevents them from wearing down.
Inside out: Turn the boxy tee inside out before loading it. This simple step shields the face of the heavy ring-spun cotton from friction and saves any custom printed designs from cracking.
Detergent: Use a mild, bleach-free detergent. Avoid fabric softeners entirely, as they coat the pure cotton fibers in a residue that dampens the fabric's natural breathability.
Drying Instructions
Tumble dry: Tumble dry on low heat or the delicate cycle, removing the shirt promptly to minimize set-in wrinkles.
Shrinkage: This shirt is fully pre-shrunk during manufacturing dye baths to ensure a reliable "home fit" with almost no shrinkage. However, high dryer heat will eventually degrade and tighten the natural cotton threads.
Air dry: For maximum color vibrancy, hang-dry or lay flat to dry in a shaded area out of direct sunlight.
