Please contact EDGE for the icebound via email at info@iceboundedge.com or by phone/text at 385-204-5081 to cancel an order. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed unless requested within the first two hours. We move quickly, so once your order is in fulfillment, no cancellations will be possible.

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims that are determined to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

Because our products are made to order, we do not do size swaps or exchanges. Please verify sizes before ordering. We are happy to help with sizing questions; please reach out if you have any. Any returns made without prior authorization will be at your expense.
