Our Smart Box drop-off system makes it easy to get service on your schedule, even during the busiest tournament weekends. Once you've booked your drop-off appointment online, you'll receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment, along with our address and instructions for preparing your skates. Before your appointment, we will send you an SMS with a unique 4-digit PIN to access our smart box. That PIN will be used to drop off and pick up your skates when ready.
