Service Description

Hockey Skate Sharpening using our CAG ONE Evolution or Commercial Sparx 3 machine. Using precision tools, we ensure a correctly set hollow, even edges, and a good finish. We always deburr the blades before returning skates to the customer. If the blades require more work due to being sharpened somewhere else or damage from use or neglect, the price may be higher. If the blades require a higher price, we will always verify with you before beginning work. Please specify a hollow if this is your first time sharpening with us. I will try to match your current hollow or go to 1/2" if not hollow preference is selected. ADD $3 - New Skates/Runners or to Change Hollows. If you have not sharpened with us before, it is good to plan for this just in case, but it is not always needed. HOLLOW OPTIONS: 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", 3/4", 7/8", 1" SPECIALIZED HOLLOWS: 1/2" Fire, 5/8" Fire, 100/50 FBV, 90/75 FBV, 90/50 FBV ADD $5 - Correct significant uneven edges or minor damage and set proper hollow. ADD $8 - Rough Condition. Skates often require edge correction and damage repair. Extra hollow polishing is available upon request. Hollow pictures show the difference with the extra hollow polishing on the left skate blade.
