Washing Instructions
Wash solo at first: For the first 2 to 3 laundry cycles, wash this hoodie entirely by itself. Residual dye will bleed and can easily ruin light-colored garments, car seats, or backpacks if it rubs against them while damp.
Water temperature: Machine wash cold on a gentle or delicate cycle. Hot water will strip the specialized pigment wash instantly, leading to premature fading.
Flip it inside out: Always wash the garment flipped inside out. This safeguards the beautifully textured exterior face and prevents friction-induced distressing along the double-needle topstitched seams.
Detergent rules: Opt for a mild liquid detergent. Strictly avoid fabric softeners and harsh chemical stain removers, as they can aggressively break down pigment surface treatments unevenly, leaving bright spots or splotches.
Drying Instructions
Tumble dry low: If using a machine, tumble dry on low heat. This hoodie is engineered to have a low shrinkage rate (under 5%), but high heat will force the premium cotton fibers to snap back and shrink the oversized fit.
Hang dry for longevity: To maintain the structured drop-shoulder fit and soft interior fleece, air-dry flat or hang inside out, away from sunlit windows.
